On Saturday, May 10, hundreds of Arlington residents learned about Amit Singh during the 12th annual Neighborhood Day Parade. Amit was the only candidate for the 8th District Congressional Seat who marched in the event.

"It was great to meet so many of my fellow Arlingtonians and celebrate the place we live. The response from my neighbors was amazing," said Amit Singh. "I was happy to see so many of my grassroots supporters come out and join me in this parade."

"It was great to see the diverse residents of Arlington warmly receive Amit Singh," said Campaign Manager Steve Bierfeldt. "The people of Arlington are looking for a candidate who excites them and will bring real change to Congress. They found that Saturday in Amit Singh."

Amit is an Arlington-based small businessman and University of Virginia engineering graduate who works with the U.S. intelligence community and our servicemen and servicewomen. He is running on a platform of limited government, fiscal responsibility and personal freedoms.
